Bonnie’s longstanding employment history highlights her expertise and knowledge on subject matters related to Skilled Nursing Facilities qualifying her to serve as an expert witness in legal suits.  Additionally, Bonnie applies this skillset for training sessions to assist clients in minimizing litigation risks.

 

As a former Director of Nursing and Administrator, Bonnie knows the pressure associated with State Survey, meeting regulatory and compliance standards, and mitigating risk through policy improvement initiatives.  Having been through these processes, she is able to bring a keen eye to system’s analysis, policy analysis and chart review to evaluate for potential risks and noncompliance.

 

Thorough assessment of current situations allows her to collaborate with clients to develop action plans and implement change.  Bonnie is also available for mentorship to help new Directors of Nursing navigate the demands of a leadership role and build a strong foundation needed for administrative success.
